GINGERED LOBSTER PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbs canola oil
  • 2 Tbs sliced fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 whole lobster, cut in 6 pieces
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 Tbs constarch
  • 2 Tbs cold water
  • 2 Tbs chopped green onion tops

Cooking:

In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook lobster, ginger and garlic 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and stock, cover and cook 8 - 10 minutes. Mix constarch and cold water to make a paste; stir in to thicken. Toss in green onion.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
